WHAT POWER SOURCE DO THE ILLUMINATED SIGNS NEEDED?

Typically use a low voltage 12v power source,and the power suppliers are included in every packages.

HOW IS THE SIGN PACKED?

Signs will be packed in different packing types depend on the size,10mm thick honeycomb paperboard,8-12mm thick wood board,custom printed carton box and so on,we have send out over 20000 packages in the past ten years,will definitely make your packages as safe as pissible.

HOW TO INSTALL THE SIGN BY MYSELF?

Every packages will included install guide,you can install it yourself by following the install instructions or employ local intall workers help you.

CAN I SEE A PREVIEW PROOF OF MY SIGN BEFORE PURCHASE?

HOW QUICKLY CAN YOU MAKE THE SIGN?

This does depend on the type of sign we are producing. We aim to produce most signage within 3-7 working days with illuminated signage and built up letters taking around 10 working days. We can work to tighter deadlines, just let us know your time scale and we will inform you if this can be achieved.

HOW LONG FOR SHIPPING?

5-7 working days by DHL/Fedex.

CAN I RETURN A DAMAGED SIGN?

We always ship fully-insured, so if your sign arrives damaged please photograph the damage to the sign and the box and contact us within 24 hours of delivery. We will file a claim with the carrier to pay for the repairs/replacement and get you a new sign right away.
